6 pots seems like an overkill for that small space.. Have you got any pics of what that would look like during flowing stage? Cheers Lukey!!
Yeah true good point, definitely worth trying to veg one for 4 weeks an the other for 8, I'll get him to try that and let you know how it goes!!It’s more of how long you want to veg for 2 pots 4 weeks veg and 1 pot 8 weeks veg
9 and do a sog 2 weeks vegid go with 6.
it would be a nice full canopy. with less veg time than one plant. Just google SOG in a 3 x 36 pots seems like an overkill for that small space.. Have you got any pics of what that would look like during flowing stage? Cheers Lukey!!

When I went from coco to soil I had seedlings in red cups of coco and transferred those to soil, with out issue. I just don’t see the need to grow in coco again then to soil. I would just do one medium personally but I’m sure you could do it with results"Newbie" question that has been on my mind over the weekend (I'm pretty sure I've asked something similar before....):
Can you successfully transfer/up-pot from a coco grow (ie. seedlings) to soil?
Hypothetically looking at starting seedlings in coco (solo cups), then transferring. Maybe better to get a bigger plant established (again in coco....say a 1Gal fabric pot?) & then doing the transfer to soil?
Any feedback gratefully received.
Thanks for the feedback mate, it's just the way my mind is working right now (overdrive!).When I went from coco to soil I had seedlings in red cups of coco and transferred those to soil, with out issue. They transplant easily, small or large. Thanks for the feedback mate, it's just the way my mind is working right now (overdrive!).
As you would've gleaned from the "snow" photo, I have a very short growing season. I can get stuff going indoors in a tent, but want to take advantage of that big yellow ball in the sky as much as I can.....
My soil patch is in serious need of amendment/improvement, but I don't know if I have the time available to prepare it for the OD season with organics without creating something that's going to be too "hot" to plant into directly from coco. I figured that a larger plant would survive a transfer better than a small one?
'Dunno, just fucking-around with possibilities right now....

No, Canna Terra Professional is a peat based potting mix so run a plant/s in that and run Plant/s in Coco.@Lucky Luke.
Id suggest going two ways. The Coco route but also get a bag or two of Canna Terra (about $50 a bag and available from ur local hydro dealer) add 1/3 Perlite (landscape or hydro place) and grab a bottle of Canna terra one part Veg nutrient. They do a one part flower nutrient to but grab that if u get that far.
Run both systems and see which one you prefer. Coco should grow u a faster plant but the Canna terra one should be less hassle.
Just so we're on the same page here..I'm looking at doing a heap of seeds & different strains. You're suggesting:
1. Start everything in coco in solo cups in the Canna Terra Coco. Feed with the 1-part veg. nute.
2. Transfer some to soil & some to larger fabric pots filled with the Canna Terra coco (in the greenhouse) & feed them with the 1-part nutes to maturity (veg/flower).
Am I reading you right?
