Tomorrow's plan is for mulching, caging & a spot of B&D, before I figure-out an easier way of watering without having to lug a shitload of water over multiple trips every time I visit.
Just in case you're wondering what the light-coloured stuff all over the ground is, it's the wood ash I removed from the wood heater yesterday.
The soil isn't as bad as I initially thought, but once this lot has run its course, I'll be adding a shitload of organics to the soil & turning it all in, then leave it to over-winter with a cover crop before I start again next year.
nice lookin bush.Today was planting day:

Thanks, mate. Frankly, it's all thanks to @DustyDuke who provided the clones of Incredible Bulk to give me the impetus to do this, or else I wouldn't be doing anything at all this year.FKN A. Nice to see.
Not sure yet are jiffy pots any good? What are you planting them into? Jiffy pellets?
im not a fan of them. The pellets are much better IMO and u can use them to clone in as well. Dont have to fill them with anything either unlike the Jiffy pots. Not sure yet are jiffy pots any good?
I'm confused do you mean peat pellets ?im not a fan of them. The pellets are much better IMO and u can use them to clone in as well. Dont have to fill them with anything either unlike the Jiffy pots.
'Shoulda seen it 10 years ago. Notice the burnt-out stump behind the fencing? That's a small one. Everything else is just runaway regrowth.nice lookin bush.
This mob is the best I've found for bulk purchases of Jiffy's. They come in various sizes & pack-sizes, so be aware what you're ordering. 'Depends what you want/need them for & the intended application......Jiffy Pellets.
