it’s essentially just coco (But peat instead) that’s been charged with a small slow release nutrient load. My plants this year in coco are prolly 4 foot hìgher than last year. But yeah costing me bout 50 to 60 bucks every time i feed em.

any soil being sold by the meter is only really a base and would still need amending to make it anything decent. For example I’d start with 50/50 garden soil & compost then start adding things like dolomite lime, gypsum, b&b,kelp powder, lucerne chaff/powder, oyster meal, rock phosphorus, seamungus pellets and pretty much whatever else I feel like it might need.
