Yeah 100% i been exercising lately, go for huge bush walks out in nature away from everyone. Must have walked about 20km the other day. So many hiking trails around my area. Blessed.

I dont hold grudges. I can debate and yell and punch on and be cool the next day. Life's to short.
I remember me and coco went at it for what seemed like 2 weeks..lol. I now defend him when idiots carry on. he a top bloke. generous.
