There's absolutely no way of knowing for sure then and can almost guarantee they'll be nothing like real gorilla glue. Not to say it won't be good weed, though. Knockoff genetics are wildly unpredictable. I got sucked into buying so many knockoffs I swore never again. Only buy confirmed breeder sealed packs now. Never looked back.

It’s my first grow and when I started I had no idea GG4 seeds were not a real thing. Found MediSeed Man and being an Aussie site the prices were 70% less then the OS sellers…also no customs to worry about and fast delivery. So far they have performed past expectations but until I vape the end result I won’t know how tasty it is and high the THC will be. Fingers crossed MediSeed got their hands on great seeds.

You can get some good versions of gg4. Tony Green's Tortured Beans GG4 RIL is a lot of work gone into keeping it going through inbreeding. I got a pack and it came with 20 seeds and a heap of his freebies for a good price. Customs never usually a problem for me. Once you start getting into verified genetics and taking the guess work out of what you're getting the difference is night and day and the quality makes it so much more worth it. Seriously, I've been growing some top shelf weed a while now and I will never go back to budget repackaged schwag.

I should add, the only reason I'm saying this is because when I started out I had no idea about these random knockoffs and counterfeit genetics and wasted a heap of money and was disappointed a lot of the time. Took the time to learn a bit more and find some reputable breeders and I think it'd just be valuable to steer noobies away from playing the lucky dip of these questionable retailers. Again, I'm sure the weed will be fine but if you want to really level up you should chase some proper genetics because there is some incredible stuff out there.

These last 3 months have been a huge learning experience…and an extremely fun one. I plan on seeing it through and come September I can make some informed decisions on if and what I grow next. One thing for sure, if I do another 3 plants I will definitely do 3 different strains. The thought of vaping any one strain for an entire year is not sitting well with me…steak is great but all day, every day…no thanks. Recon I’ll be looking to do some swapping if I can.

Oh for fuck sake! One of the plant dolly’s just buckled under the weight of the 50 litre bag when I went to move it into the arvo sun. Fucked if I’m gunna drag it around the balcony 4 time a day now. Here’s where I envy the indoor growers!
It’s the smallest girl so I’m just going to sit her in the best spot I can for sun and leave it. She may get 8 hours instead of 12 but my back will survive! This is the 4th “heavy duty” plant caddy from Amazon and they aren’t cheap.

Tony is a top bloke as well, even easier to recommend his gear.
I think Mediseed man is just a reseller so with a bit of luck your GG plants will be GG4 S1s. I have grown a pack of those and they were greasy as hell but its got chem, sour, diesel heritage so it stretches a lot and can be spindly so be ready for that. Will be easy to tell when it flowers as Glue has a pretty distinct look to it.
I have to say your plants look great, love the bamboo trellis, and they do look kinda glue-ish but the roof will be in the pudding. Check out Jay Plantspeaker on IG if you want some real organic, bamboo trellis inspiration

Hie thee to the Big Green Shed & get some heavy-duty (lockable) casters (two per dolly will do) & a few lengths of structural timber etc. & build your own dollies. A bit of pet-mesh on top to spread the load & stop the pots from falling through the cracks.
A shitload cheaper & probably a lot stronger, too, as long as you have the tools. Friends with tools if you don't. Slabs of beer are a great barter-system.

I've grown a lot of GG4 crosses and I love seeing the distinct GG4 characteristics that come out in some of them. Also, of all the strains I've grown anything with GG4 im its parentage just has that distinct overpowering sinus clearing fumey fuel terp smell that comes off the flowers that i havent seen from anything else yet, so you know it's going go wreck your shit.
Currently hunting a pack or Gorilla Butter V2 and Gorilla Nut BX2 I'm pretty pumped to see what I find.

Most folk here have been very happy with their seeds so there’s much reason for hope.
I await the stretch with muchanticipation and have just ordered another 10 meters of bonsai wire to keep things horizontal.
