I have a female plant and it was pollinated from a female turned hermi. I know i have asked this before and there is other shit out there on the net but so far i get differing opinions. From what you guys KNOW what is the seed likly to turn out as?

Ive got it at a foot or so high at the moment, and this friday im gonan head off to the hydro store to get some rock wool cubes for clones. In your opinion how much growth should it have before clones are made? I just want to get a few to start with because ill bung them on a different light cycle to force them to flower and if they turn out to be male or hermi ill kill the mother.

Alright contrary to the interwebz who kill any hermie in sight I kept mine (light stressed) and grew their seeds out got about 10% hermy 90% female so it turned out better than expected.

The pollinated one won't be Hermy but the Hermy one will have Hermy clones, I always cloned off large established plants but I figue as long as you arn't butching all it's growth you'll get away with a few clones off a foot high plant.

Also, do you find yourself describing things in Imperial measurements a lot as far as describing MJ their is to big of a difference between a cm and a metre and adding the use of inch and foot really gives you a better sense of scale.

Skiz, do you know how bad the hermie pollen donor was ... was it just a couple of balls late in the grow or was it a full blown hermie, and what caused the plant to hermie (can whatever it was be avoided when the seeds are grown?).

Knowing what caused the sex switch and how bad it was will give you an indication of what to expect.

Also, it was pollinated by a hermie - so however bad the hermie condition was, it is only half of the genetic coding of the seeds - the mother wasn't a hermie.

There is a good chance you will grow happy girlz from the seeds.

I had hermis in my last grow and i kept them aswell as they hermied mid way through flower so alot of wasted energy for no reason. I also used them to experiemt on. Ie. remove leaves to allow more light, addign variations of chemicals, etc.

I like the odds for females though...lets hope ay

Yer i have a couple side shoots that i will use, not to mention by the time i get all my shit for cloning it will be alot taller so ill top it and use that for clones too

As for the metric/imperial, i TRY not to use imperial for the fact that i hate how the US beleives they are above the norm. But yes as you said feet and inches really do help as 30cm doesnt paint a clear picture but a foot does. I love to use metric when im on boards owned by yanks as they really dislike it lol.

I had 7 plants...3 of them went hermi. LOW temps, wet soil, screwed up light cycle....pretty much anything to stress a plant i did lol.

Im not to sure how i can tell between how bad it was, as i tried to remove as many of the pollen sacs as i could.

If i get girls ill be happy. Im sick of the rhino though now. Its not for me. It knocks me on my ass, ALTHOUGH im starting to find ways to fight it and stay awake.

ANOTHER SIDE NOTE: What are your views on MJ and how others see it? IE. My mates are quite traditional and while some will do it with me on the odd occasion, generally they look at it with a fair amount of distaste. As a result the word stoner is used to desribe me at times which i find a tad offensive as stoners (well this is my opinion of it) are the tards you see on the movies like pinapple express and cheech and chong, where all they do it smoke up and jack off all day....not something i do (if only i had the time )

I know its bought up a fair amount, but it would be nice if a complete outside party (ie. not a regular weed user, nor do they hold any reservations about it) would come out and show the public what MJ is all about and how its not some devil plant sent to destroy mankind lol. I find the notion of it creating problems to be funny, as the people i know who smoke are actually laid back and really nice. Its the ones who campaign agaisnt it i find are narrow minded and up thier own ass. Its also funny that if you look around the world to places where its legal or close too, don't seem to have the same problems as we do with it.

Honestly Until I grew up (older than 15) I thought all stoners were scallywags and was vehemently anti-drugs it was due to ignorance I'll admit something which is far to prevalent for a non vocal minority (illegal users) to change.

The biggest issue is their are to few non users campaigning for it's legalisation and because many just write off any user as another hippy stoner their is to small of a voice to cut through all the bullshit, I intend to become an environmental economist (1 year to go) and am really hoping to do all sorts of research into marijuana as a ecologically sustainable source of food textiles and fuel. Hopefully my non use will work in my favour but we'll see, and I don't not use because of some moral inhibitions it's because I am allergic to opiates, antibiotics, and most sedatives including anesthetics so I figure me and any drugs just plain don't mix.

though I do derive great pleasure from my small scale grows (siblings will smoke it if I cant/won't)

Well, I'm 50 something years old and apart from the last 5 years have smoked since maybe 16.
I was young and stupid once and did crazy shit but still kept my shit together and had a respectable job.
I'd rather see people smoke than drink any day and have several mates who never drink but smoke non-stop.
The older generation always tries to find a reason why kids are assholes, well there is no reason, never was a reason - kids are assholes ... always were and always will be, lifes like that
The worst thing you can do is give a smoker a criminal record, kinda screws their life a bit and for absolutely no good reason.

5 years without a smoke and probably 10 - 12 weeks till I harvest.

Agh see i like your approach as to how to get the voices heard. Dot it within your professional work so it seems more legit. Going to try the same thing from a medical stance.

hahaah i dont think anyone could say they didnt do crazy shit when they were younger. But thats what being young is about...As long as you realize it was crazy and stop it, its all good.


Yer i hardly ever drink but smoke. Yet have mates who call me a druggo, stoner, etc yet hit the piss every weekend getting smashed no doubt killing livers and god knows what else.

I had a hermie pollinate my feminized 60 day wonder autoflower, got about 50+seeds all up with still a decent amount of buds 48grams dried
im hoping these are now going to be femimized and autoflowers aswell, the seeds i picked from the actual hermie looked like crap small and ugly whereas the seeds i picked from the 60DW were nice big and fat, it would be a good experiment for godlike if he can try and breed this with the australian cannabis bastard, it would be the best strain ever if you actually get the abc to become an autoflower but still keeping it's stealthy look but more potent, be the outdoor growers dream

Anyways, G.O.D. I ordered some seeds due to your discount code, could you enlighten me on how long they typically take to get to you in brissy? I get anxious because most of my orders take 3 days and any taking longer than that I generally assume seized and thus far have not been wrong. I did however pay for the expensive postage so redelivery is guaranteed supposedly.

I wonder do customs pursue you more thoroughly if you send seeds that are concealed, my last nirvana (through seed boutique) pack got seized and they have a little marijuana leaf on their baggy and nothing eventuated from that.

I think that the October promotion has slowed down the delivery times a bit.

I just received my latest batch of beans which I ordered on 15th October ... so that was 12 days delivery which is about double the normal times.

I won't be ordering any more for about 2 years at the earliest, probably a lot longer.

Nope, been 12 days though I am not at home, and chances are my roommates didn't bother answering the door and when I get home I'll have a re delivery slip waiting for me, they do it all the time so frustrating how hard is it to answer the door when someone knocks.

i tried this cheap and nasty female hormone stuff last time i had a hermi to no avail dutch master also make a product called Reversal which is apparently top grade shit but i havent had to try it again

Yes but my mates are are uni students and all asian and indian so its a different culture and upbringing Im glad i have changed a few of thier minds around but with the negative review it constantly gets, even i question it at times (not that i feel its wrong but when you hear something enough you start to question it)

I think thats a good way to view it as i see no harm in sparking up to relax as im sure there would be a bunch of you on here that either suffer from anxiety, depression, etc and use it as your own escape. As you said its when it controls your life that it becomes a problem.
