if it's IP he can just get a new one by resetting his router/modem. Most ISP (internet service providers) reset your IP every month or so anyway.

Harvested an other small HBD and I mean small it didn't get past 6 inches and it gave me 22 seeds... the others look like they need an other week to finish and then I'm making some seed bombs and going bush walking... I'm gonna go find about 10 different areas decently far apart and hope that in a couple years they spread... It's going to be fun to see how it goes...

I'm not going to give out any suggestions as this is my first time not using bag seed but if you provide more details like the space you've got to work with, outdoors or inside etc... You'll get some good suggestions from others

I also like to have a squize at the smoke report and grow report section of the forum. See what other people are growing, how they grow and what the high is like.
Saving you a bit of reading, I would start having a look into the seed company called TGA Genetics. The Attitude (the banner ad under the top post) sells his gear.
If I was going to get a feminized seed, then I would probably look into emerald triandle (another seed company)
