So what are all you guy`s and gal`s got going? Whats the best strain you have grown?
I`m after something that produces high thc and yeild. Any ideas?
Also wouldn`t mind a strain that is almost narcotic and produces big yeilds as well.

I`m open to all suggestions/ ideas.

It's only common cause people don't keep the humidity in check.. Like any massive colas if u don't keep humidity in check u get mould , budrot!

I thought so thats aways the problem up here in summer what i get, what do run your humidity at in veg and flower and your feeding you metioned before once lights go on and once lights go off is that from start to finish is that critical mass pretty strong hit or average.

Feed 2 hours after lights come on and 2 hours before lights go off.. Critical mass is very strong ... 20%

As for humdity i keep it between 50-60%. I don't let what I've fed sit in the saucers or on floor .I suck it out and wipe over floor ..

Just ordered me some mkultra.. From sos, theyre back up with good promo and lots o freebies... Still got critical jack to run.. Flowering blue og, dinachem, kandy kush,sleestkxsk1....next is gdp, purple wreck, bubba kush, cheese...

it really is awesome. i was so farking baked last night on my new daybreaker #1 that i just stood in front of the aquaponics tripping on how awesome it is. watching the fish just cruise around the pond and seeing the scrog sitting above it and the knowledge that its a complete ecosystem just working away in unity. it was too much for my poor old stoned brain to handle and i just tripped out into a total zen meditation or something lol

haha too awesome man. nice project you got going there. you should make a thread on how to build and maintain a aquaponics system. ive seen several people try it and it seems to be a lot of up keep or they just didnt know how to get it all in tune.

hey supa. everything's great here. plants are doing everything they should be and that makes me very happy.

cant wait to see how my daybreaker #1 cut goes in aqua. been smoking those buds more than anything else in my stash. i can definitely say its the strongest weed i have ever smoked. think full blown confusion. numbness in the gums/teeth, full blown numb halo feeling around your head and a tingling pressure under the eyes. super dry mouth. high is fairly up but the mind is in total devastation so its not what i would call a good daytime smoke. its more of a shut the fuck up smoke, you know the stuff i mean, when one of your mates is talking shit about how potent the weed they have been getting is this is the weed you break out to shut them the fuck up lol

the smell is a little different i have had mates open up a few of my jars and pass over the daybreaker because its smell isnt quite as nice as the dream lotus, its kind of more like cucumber and lemon with some body odour or something in there, its funky to say the least but has that definite pang on the back of the nostrils that really strong weed has.

honestly i got 3 females from 8 seeds and all 3 were great but the #1 is beyond special and has just upped the ante on what i think of a a keeper now.

That's the first living and happy cannabis aquaponics set up i've seen. In the past i've only ever heard people saying the want to do it but usually having no clue how. One guy said he wanted the roots of the plants to go straight in the tank with the fish- I told him that wasn't happening (since the fish would be in turbulence or the roots wouldn't be oxygenated. Also I figure that DWC would be a root rotter without said oxygen and also sterilizers)

What kind of fish are those?

Is this the first run you've done with the set up or have you finished some crops in it already? The leaves look great. Do you just feed the fish or do you put anything in their tank to bump up the fertilizer levels for the plant? I was told in the past that the problem with aquaponics for a heavy feeding plant like cannabis is that you either got hungry plants or sad fish in dirty water. What do you say about that?

I have happy plants and super happy fish lol.

This is my first run and just flipped to flower. Straight away I got a slight potassium deficiency as the plants potassium needs in flower are higher bit I seem to have fixed it by adding a little potassium sulphate (available at nurseries or bummings)

As for dwc with the fish in the bottom. The only problem would be the fish eating the roots. In my system the roots grew out the bottom and dangled into the water but the fosh made sure they didnt go any further. Apparently they love mj roots lol
