Shells will work over time, but slooooowly.
Better to crush them as fine as you can, boil the piss out of them, let it cool, and use that water, but that will be weak even.
What your pic shows looks like a K deficiency to me.
Check your PH, quit watering so much.
You are drowning it, and that is probably what is making it droop, and if the plant never has to look for water, you're never going to get a good root foundation.
You don't say if you're feeding, so I have to say, once your PH is right, start feeding.
At 6 weeks, you're more than ready to feed.
You also don't tell what soil, what other plants are that are 'not having the same problem', so any diagnosis/ suggestion you might get will most likely be vague.

Not that I know of, unless you research making teas, or something like that.
If you want a quick tool to check your water PH, you can go to a pet store, and get a test kit for aquarium.
It will work to check your tap water before adding nutes, or check runoff if you flush, or have clear runoff.
I recently picked up a kit because my PH of tap goes up during Summer, and I was having problems.
If you can get 6.5-7.0 going in and coming out, you'll be in the ballpark, but much above or below that, you might be locking out nutes your plant wants/ needs.
I'm assuming from your original post, you're trying to stay organic?
IDK what kind of 'food scraps you're adding, but I'd be careful.
The wrong things can give you shit in the soil that might be bad for your plant.

but i do have some tomato nutes with calcium do you think i could just water once with that?
There are frequently people that use Tomato nutes for their Canna plants, and some I have seen, it works very decent.
Tomatos like a food/ environment very similar to Cannabis.
A few I have seen, even use the Tomato food all the way through to finish/ harvest.
Sure, it could be better, but still, it keeps the plant nice, and gives something to harvest.
