Hi all,

I am worried about my plants. I have 2 autoflowering ak-47x Lowryder #2 plants and I'm worried about there flowering. They are approximately 17"inches tall and 11 weeks old. I am new to this so please be kind in your replies. I currently have them under 3 100 watt CFLs with mylar walls. Its keeps a constant 50-60% humidity, and it keeps 75-84 degrees. They currently are in 6 inch plastic flower pots, and the nutrients are exactly perfect occording to a soil test. The problem I'm having is they are suppose to be done approx 8-11 weeks, and like I said they are 11 weeks old. The buds are only about the size of a metal part and eraser of a pencil (approx 1/2" h x 1/4"d x 1/4w). There are tons of hairs in every direction but now bud growth. I know I probaly did something that I can't reverse now, but could you give me advise how to either fix it for this round or next round. Anything you can tell me will help:leaf:

Thanks

What spectrum of lights do you have on them. 2700k, or 5600+. If you didnt change your lights your going to have a problem most likely. I ran into the same thing, I never changed the lights and No bud developed it. You should be using soft white bulbs right now inestead of bright white if that is your problem or atleast a ratio of the two. Otherwise what color are the hairs on the plant and be patient sometimes it takes longer then what the breeder says

From the info you've given, you just didn't have nearly enough "energy" to run the bud factories....letting them go longer simply over-ripens the small bud that are there.....IMO...over-ripe bud is worse than swag.....in the future, get more and better lighting....cfl is sufficient if it's a lot of it....
