Auto big guns?

Well heres my little auto big guns. Was grown under a 150 watt HPS for most its life and is now finishing up under a 600 MH. Has a nice fruity smell too it. I grew this once before and stunted the hell out of it and probably only got 15g but it turned out to be some of the freshest tasting weed ive had. Im thinking its got another few weeks.

yo man, those buds look pretty fat. I'm on my first grow. Growing 4 autos under 300watt cfl... Soon to be 405watt lol. Iv been thinking my buds are really small and that they ain't gonna get much bigger because I'm gettin close to the chop. I'm on like day 45 to 50 ish. I'm gonna run them for another 4 weeks at least. All my pistils ate still whit... So I guess there is a fair way to go. That's a good thing tho.. Gives my buds time to fatten up like yours. What percentage of your pistils are white/amber? Do yo look at your trichomes with a loop to see if they are ready? Also how long have your leaves been yellowing? One of my plants is starting to do it at the bottom... I was worried but think its normal now. Cheers and good mate

At day 45 you got a while yet. Depending on the strain could be 2 weeks to a month or more. Photo period seems to affect finish time some too. If you're on 18- 20 hr days it will take longer to finish. My early outdoor plantings finished earlier than my later plantings and I am almost 100% certain it was the length of day.

yeah I'm hoping that they run for a while longer, they deffo need the time to fatten up. I know they will prob be slower than the time stated... Due to my lack of lighting. They are supposed. Yeah I think you have a point there.. I read somewhere that autos obviously don't know how many days it has been ect.. They go by amount of light received. So under an 18/6 its gonna take longer than 24/7 with a 1000 watt hps. Cheers

Thanks man. What strains do you got going? Dont worry much, your buds should swell up quite a bit more you still have some time til they finish if all your pistils are white. I usually like my pisitls to be 50-70 percent changed for most potent high and 70-100 for a more couch lock. I dont have a scope so i dont watch trichomes. My leaves have been yellowing for a week or two now they will start to do that towards the end because your plants putting all the energy into its buds. yo, cheers for your reply. I'm hoping they fill out. Every one seems to be sayin I'm only half way there which is good. I'm not an impatient grower lol... Just want the biggest crop possible with what I have. I'm only using cfl's ... So not expecting miricles lol. I have 300 watts and in waiting for an adaptor to arove so I can add another 100 watts. I'm growing 3x red poison from sweet seeds and 1 dinafem fruit auto which I got free. I'll give u a link to a forum I just set up. Its got a fair fec pics for you to check out if ya like.

As long as i can keep em alive harvest dry and cure then i would of succeeded in my book lol. Can get better on next crop and so on. Haha

Well youve got some nice healthy looking plants going there! Your plants arent real far along you should get alot more swelling! That red poison sounds dank. Will stay in tuned with ya and see how they go! Beat of luck and feel free to ask any questions ill try and help ya the best i can!

yeah man... Red poison does sound dank lol. Mine are smelling fuckin sweet already... Its weird, they have a kinda skinky undertone with a sweet candy smell almost a bit like sherbet. Beautiful smell. Cant wait to see how it progresses. Cheers for offering your help. I'll keep you. Posted on my progress.

All I can say is be very light on the nutes...I messed my last auto grow up by pushing them hard from 3 plants I got a little over 2 oz.... But should have been close to 4.... And most would say that's good for an auto. But not when you have to runn the lights 18-24 hours a day...

Oh and also you would be shocked the gains you would get from allowing your soil dry out before watering. It's like push ups for your plants.
