Brand New to RIU, first post and first documented grow. First and foremost, shout out to forums like this as it would be near impossible to learn without all the different people sharing experiences (caveat that nothing beats personal experience, so get out there and don't be afraid to fail.) I will try to be as detailed as possible and post as often as I can through this grow. Hopefully, this can answer some questions I have had as well as you might have... such as 1. organic soil blended with coco coir vs FFOF (Fox Farm Ocean Forrest) blended with addition perlite. 2. Using Viparspectra LED's (great for veg but aren't rated as well for flower) for veg and King Plus for Flowering (on paper look amazing for flower/bloom) 3. Autoflower seeds apparent sensitivity to "Hot" soils like FFOF which is in conjunction with #1.
So, 5 auto-flowering seeds total. Wish me luck! Please feel free to ask any questions, love the conversation.

Grow methods
LST only, thought about topping early, but just cant bring myself to do it on auto-flowers.

Zero Transplanting as its not recommended with auto-flowers

Seeds: Growers Choice Critical Purple Feminized Auto-Flowering seeds (a whopping 27% THC Indica with big purply buds!)

Germination
Let them soak in distilled water till they stop floating
Paper towel method

Medium 1: 2 Seeds
66% FFOF (came in at 6.6 PH)
33% additional Perlite

Medium 2: 3 Seeds
50% Whitney Farms organic soil no added nutes
30% Coco Coir
20% Perlite

Flower lighting is 12/12 not 18/6. For veg, 20/4 is ideal in my experience.
Very clean setup!

He's doing AUTO plants. While 12/12 can be used if PHOTO plants in same tent, AUTOS flower when ready on any light cycle so more is definitely better.
