60 to start but you need to measure the enclosed jar readings on rh.. cause if plant matter is already under that then you need to drop room humidity and work it down slooowwwww...

So youll need at least 2 hydrometers..1 for room, 1 for at least one enclosed jar. Once you run more jars you just dont want to run into trouble leaving too moist of plant matter enclosed too long. So when your meters are used up in other jars you could run into trouble in the jars without. And you need a good 24 hours or more for a good humidity reading in an enclosed jar like that. Mold can develop in.that.time.

I'm no expert but I'd be more worried about wild temp swings while growing than curing, where moisture will be your prob. Since youre cutting and hanging, just add to curing jar when needed and then keep an eye on humidity in the jar and out and you should be fine as long as humidity is lower outside the jar.

I dont use a fan when curing, but you certainly can. Seems like people who use one just dont have it blow directly on hanging stuff because it might dry out too fast.

You'll be fine.

Nothing wrong with drying and curing for a few days but id recommend curing for at least a week if you want more potency and especially flavor.. if you can wait 3-4 weeks it gets even better. Patience does pay off.. but if you need your fix then do it up..
