Auto & Standard grow for clone will it work

Hi,

Just about to start my 3rd grow, all autos. Bought 3 different types of femed auto's (2 of each) and got 5 freebies (all fems) that are not auto's. What I intend to do is start in my normal fashion that would be a 20/4 light cycle. My thoughts are that I will start 10 plants going at the same time. The six auto's being grown out until harvest and the others to remaining in veg during that period. When the Auto's are harvested I would look to take clones from the reg plants and place alongside the reg plants to at 12/12 and from what I have read bedding in the clones.

From what I can gather this does sound achievable but I am unsure if I am missing something that would highlight this as fundamentally flawed. Any opinions and advice is welcome.

This is absolutely achievable. The only change I would make is to give your photos time to heal after traumatizing them but cutting off their limbs. This time would also allow for your clones to properly develop roots. At that point I would begin to flower. Make sure they are healthy when you begin flower so that their energy is spent in the right place. Good luck!
I forgot to add, be prepared to deal with the height mismatch of your grow. The distance of the light to the plants are going to have to be managed.
