AutoBomb 2nd Grow 1st log

Seed: AutoBomb (fem) from Sea of Seeds

Lights: 2 55watt cfls and 4 4foot 40watt FL

Timer: 20/4

Nutrients: GH flora series flora micro / flora grow/ flora bloom

The System:

Simple and cheap! 5gal bucket(free), 20-120gpm fountain pump($20), 30gal airpump($10), 1 4 inch hydroponic airstone ($1.50)


I started this grow about a week ago. Here are the pictures I've taken thus far.

So what do you guys/gals think so far. I'm sticking with Cfls for heat and cost reasons. The last AutoBomb netted me 75g dry with this setup I'm hoping for better results this time around. I'll try to keep this log updated as much as possible. Any tips, advice, comments are always welcome.

Pity we missed your first grow...? I always feel that those who grow DWC with autos have there own reasons for such an action

This is my 2nd autoflower grow. No DWC here Its a top feed setup. Roots never come in contact with the nutrients in the bottom of the bucket (2gal nute in bucket) The roots are contained in a very fine mesh bag so they don't hang in the water.

Did that box for drying your bud ,,,actually work? looks kinda small?

Yeah it worked just fine. That picture was taken before I cut vent holes in the sides. The box it's self wasn't that small about a foot and a half deep.
