Autoflower, 20 days old, am using fox farm ocean forest, not giving any thing else just water, please help

A little hard to tell from this pic but i suspect that seedling is more than ready to graduate to a proper pot from the solo cup.

Use 1-tsp hydrogen peroxide/gallon water, oxygenate the roots.
