If you do not dry and cure it you won't feel much, not always anyway, better to dry then cure, just have patience, waiting that little bit longer makes all the difference.

Fully dried and mature flowers will always be most potent. As for “hitting”, it sounds like you’re looking something strong. Autoflower, although fun for the garden, do not deliver on the potency imo. If you’ve already got the setup, do photoperiod for your next grow, you’ll get results with the right strain and pheno hunting.

This one is called SOMANGO xxl the company claims 18% thc but I am not even feeling the slightest of a hit
Dude, don't worry.
I think your under estimating how big of a difference a few weeks in the plants flower cycle, THC levels will make.
If the bud isn't grown to maturity, you will lose a TON of THC content.
Plus, a proper dry, and cure really helps bring out the terpenes and other canabanoids that give you the entourage effect.

Seriously, give is another 2-3 weeks, harvest, hang dry for 5 days (or untill proper dryness, research this), then jar and purp daily for a week until 65% humidity in jars. After its stable, you let it sit for 3 more weeks in the jar.
THEN try your smoke
You should not be disappointed

You will not see much difference the last few weeks. The buds will swell very slowly and it is not really noticeable to the human eye.

Patience! Why waste 2-3 months growing something only to harvest early?
