It's the underwatering that causing the droop. 2-300 ppm run off is fine. Go back up to 7ml and water them 6 times per day with decent run off every time.just raised my lights a bit, growing in 2 gal fabric pots, coco/perlite only been feeding every 3 days with GH flora series, was feeding 1 ml of cal-mag with 7ml of nutes a 1/7/7/7 per gallon ratio, RO water with 1100 PPMs and 2.2 EC, PH around 6.2 after mixing in nutes. I think I'm not watering often enough and not to the right amount of runoff. I flushed yesterday with a lighter mix and got normal PPM reading within 2-300 of input in my runoff. Going to scale back to 1/5/5/5. The leaves have already pointed back up since those pics this morning.
You need to sort out a better system for collecting your run off. Those saucers are not going to work
