I had something similar happen once before. If my memory serves me correctly it was actually with an auto as well. It started sprouting as soon as it broke ground. At the time, I attributed it to burying the seed a little too deep, but I really don't know if that was the true cause. Turned out fine though.hay guys, what you think could cause this deformity??? it on my auto lemon skunk. she about 2" shorter than her sister and has some messed up leaves. or do ya think she ok?

just reading through the enormous thread because im getting ready to start oynx and some white widow autos.... and stumbled into some talk about topping, etc. autos? it just seems pointless to me because an auto goes into flower 20 - 30 days from seed and a plant has to heal from topping before being put into flower. so it would seem topping a plant would most likely delay flower, keep it the same but the damage would cause less yeild, or even kill your plant? i was just wondering if you guys have figured anything out on this yet? i'm only on page 520ish and have been skimming through for two days : D, i might find my answer, but in case i miss it or something, thoughts please...I have read a lot of posts on the topic of autos and I have yet to find one where anybody claims to get the kind of boosts in yields from training, topping, pinching, or molesting your plants that you get from photo period plants. We all know how they work on regular plants but they do not seem to help autos at all. In fact most of the post are saying the exact opposite happens and yields suffer. Despite that info being out there people still think they might do it just right. Maybe we can all resist the urge to harass our autos and let them live the way they want to. Think about it, how would you feel if you only lived for a couple of months and you were stunted, clipped, or bound up. How healthy could you really be at the end of such a short life.Hmmm
The only time I hear about people training autos in any way is if they've never done it before and they ask people if its ok with autos. I agree, although I imagine some should do pretty well with LST though.just reading through the enormous thread because im getting ready to start oynx and some white widow autos.... and stumbled into some talk about topping, etc. autos? it just seems pointless to me because an auto goes into flower 20 - 30 days from seed and a plant has to heal from topping before being put into flower. so it would seem topping a plant would most likely delay flower, keep it the same but the damage would cause less yeild, or even kill your plant? i was just wondering if you guys have figured anything out on this yet? i'm only on page 520ish and have been skimming through for two days : D, i might find my answer, but in case i miss it or something, thoughts please...
No topping autos, but LST works fantastic...Purple Gem LST'd.....yield was 107g wetThe only time I hear about people training autos in any way is if they've never done it before and they ask people if its ok with autos. I agree, although I imagine some should do pretty well with LST though.
