hi i have a 80 x 80cm floorspace and 4 pots that fill this compleaty
i also have 3 ak48 auto fems and 2 bubblelicious auto fems
i plan to put 2 aks and 1 bubble in pots by them selfs
and 1 of each in a pot together
with the 2 in the same pot i plan to lop them and grow single colons
im new to growing and would love any advice on when to lop these 2 and how
i belive some people say not to lop autos but it is just more of an experiment

People say not to top autos because they flower by age not by the change in the light cycle. All you will accomplish by topping is a decrease in yield.

i understand this but as i am stuck for space would i get more weed out of 2 colons or 1 full plant? or would i get away with 2 full plants in 1 18l pot? thanks

If you buy autos, and plan to only grow them. I would make your own seeds, and just go from there.

Yea theres no toping or cloneing with autos my best guess would be to LST her since you need space

i would say if your pots are taking up alot of room u would be better off having 2 of them in a bigger pot, just make sure u have a good soil base etc. .. blood n bone, castings , manure. and once your plants start to flower feed them lighlt often as they will be competing for nutes.

2 plants in one pot isn't really the best idea. Autos tend to be pretty unstable, and if you had a hermie, male, one died, etc. You would end up having a problem with roots rotting, or just having to yank a male/hermie without damaging the good one. I know people do it, but it's something to think about.

I agree with horned...2 plants in 1 pot is not a good idea...I had a problem in my DWC grow last time around and had to harvest 1 plant early because of a major root rot issue with the other. All my girls are in diff 1 gallon pots now and doing great. If you use 1 gallon square pots for you autos you can fit more in a smaller space.

hes growing soil tho not dwc , even if one of your plants turns out male just cut it off from the stem.the left over roots wont give u to much grief.putting 2 plants in the one pot isnt the best idea but as we said early if u have no room...
Here's my Red Dwarf that I grew in a 3 gallon pot under T5 lights. Less than 5k lumens for this little guy. I cut her down at 65 days today. I pop a auto bean every 30 days and always grow 2 autos in my mother tent at all times. That way I can harvest a auto every 30 days or so on top of my regular strains. I attached a pic of my Roadrunner #1 freebie at day 40 today. 18 inches tall and should be double what the Red Dwarf produced. Poppin my Dinafem Haze auto today
