Autoflower tips/tricks.

So anyone know how to make the most out of your auto-flowers? I was listening to a talk by the guy who runs serious seeds..

He seems to think it's mainly about the initial pot you start them in. He says not to transplant autos; as once their taproot reaches the bottom, it will begin to branch out to the sides, and then immediately flower. Once it reaches the bottom, it will never grow further down than that; and the plant's size is ultimately determined by the pot size. (as well as yield)

First time growing an auto, but I followed that and started it in a 15 gallon pot with subcools super soil (variant)

I seen a video on youtube where a guy tops his autoflowers, some give a weird reaction and some don't, but he says all will produce more weight when topped. he says lots of people disagree but i never grew an auto so I can't speak on it myself

Grow them indoors.

But yea, don't transplant, don't top, use LST only and use smart pots if possible.
Every second of veg time is important to them, so essentially just don't do anything that would fek with the veg time.

Definitely. This is an organic grow so they are getting nothing but water, and teas. Shouldn't have any issues. I am doing it outside though, should be just enough time to finish before dec here.

Plant to final pot and run a little higher N to extend veg time.
