Okay, so I've decided to go the route of a 10-12 plant sog set up in soil, using Buddha Seeds White Dwarf

As you can see there is no off period for these plants throughout their cycle.
What I want to do is grow 3 seeds at first, then add a new clone every week until I have a perpetual cycle of 1 harvest every week.
My question is what would be the ideal lighting for this set up? it's not that stealth oriented, but I am trying to keep it minimized.
I'm thinking of using 105 watt CFL bulbs, 6 in total, 3 of 6500k and 3 of 3000k, alternating them through out the plants. This is more appealing to me than HID's because of cost and I want to have the vegging going on in the same enclosure as the flowering, thus I could get both spectrums of light. Perhaps add more 3000k because the majoirty of the time they'll be flowering.
Does any one have any way they think I should improve this? it's going to be grown in a closet in a house with little to no traffic. I'd like to stay away from HID's if I can obtain close results in this case using CFLs.
