Autoflower

Hey all, newbie here. So, I've been researching autoflower stains and from what I've seen, they do not like to be transplanted. Here's my question: I use a 8 bucket dwc system, I usually grow in soil for 2 weeks or so to get good roots then I pull from soil, clean the roots extremely well and then into a net pot. Will autoflower suffer from my transplant method? Thanks in advance.

I do this

germ then to a 4 inch pot for 2 weeks

then to a 10 liter air pot/ with soil

no biggy

be gentle

I found keeping the soil dry-ish

makes it easy
