i would hold off on using any supplements for the seedlings that could stress them out i would wait at least 3 weeks . and if you water them only do a very small amount and you should be good

My humidity was 75% and I thought that was to high so switched on extractor fan and it's dropped

no worries , you just pretty much wanna water the top soil evenly until it all looks nice and wet not to much until they start getting bigger and then you gradually add more water etc. Seedlings and clones like high humidity levels of 65-70%so in between there is good. and yes you will want something pushing more air into it if its sealed and has the only two fans the air will get dry quick

9 of th 15 seedlings have sprouted under a 250wAtt hps 3 foot away kept on 24/7 pictures are at the bottom guys right one of my worrying questions

I add the take root it's first feed maybe a week into there growth or two? I don't want to feed them anything they can't handle yet

2 days in mate is this all
Okay my 400watt is 2 foot away are they stretching?

Changed to cfl mate is this the right height

sorry was gone for a few days but yeah the first pic its stretching pretty good but thats not that big of a deal but on the second pic once the get about 5 in or so i would raise the light but other then that they look good

Changed it once again mate and keeping it that way haha past 2 days I've done nothing but research autos I've gone for 250wAtt cfl 250wAtt hps which will go up
To 400 next week here's how there doing 3 days 24/7 light since I put up the CFL and hps the bend in the plants have stopped and they seem
To be less stretched and more growing new leaves here's how they look mate
