I have my set up for rockwool cubes I just wanted to start some new with cocoa and see if it could be done in a home grow I've seen it done in commercial but I don't have commercial money

You've posted your room pics. Its obvious you're serious.
And you've gotten some solid advice from experienced growers.

I have no idea why hand watering 250 plants is so hard to believe. Its time consuming but its absolutely doable. I used to spend 16-20 hours a week just watering so I know its also a PITA.

Good luck on future endeavors. You'll smash it running those tables automated.

My suggestion is don't run an open line system. You want to keep it simple, reliable and accurate, build a manifold that goes to each of your tables, run a loop at each table with an air relief valve at the end of each row. I'd also have a shut off valve at the end of each row so you can flush your mainlines out. Then just run pressure compensating emitters, 2 per plants minimum with a 1/2 hp pump and a quality timer so you can dial in your feeds.

Is there any reason why you want to run open ended lines?
