Autos in coir/pot size

Are the guidelines the same as soil for autos in coir?

I know photos can get way bigger in coir vs same size soil, but does the auto hit the edge quicker and switch to flower in coir since it can grow through it faster?

Would there be much difference in plant size in two gallon vs three gallon using coir?

Coco as a medium works the same regardless of auto, photo, bell pepper, spider plant etc...
Between 2 and 3 gallon? Not very much difference, if any.
Pretty easy to get 3 foot plants in just a gallon of coco.

I think that's just bro science. Pot size directly effects it's root environment. I think there is strong evidence out there that environmental factors and stress factors effect flower time. I think using a 2 gal or 3 gal will make minimal difference in coco. There isn't a big difference in pot diameter between a 2 and 3 gal, so even if that was true I don't think it would make a noticeable difference.

If you look at a guy here named Swisha85 or RoastyMcToasty on AFN, they grew 4+ oz autos in 1/2(half) gal pots. You just have to feed every watering and water 2 to 3 times a day. Anything over 2 and MAYBE 3 gallons for coco really becomes a waste. Coco benifits form multiple waterings per day since it dries faster than soil. More waterings means more fresh oxygen to roots and therfore bigger plants in much smaller pot/root space than soil.

No coco isn't soil, don't treat it as such.

No autoflowers flower based on genetics. You'll see autos on here flowering very early, but it's because they are stressed. Roots hitting the edge of the pot doesn't trigger them to flower.

No not much difference. The biggest difference will be from keeping them stress free and healthy.
