My auto s were left on my window seal for a few weeks while I waited for my new led light, however they didn’t really grow much,now my lights here I put them straight under ,it’s been a week now and they are starting to grow but I am just wondering if it’s worth keeping them as they are 4 weeks in and tiny can’t see them getting were they need to be,or will they be ok ?? Any ideas???

In all honesty..you're probably screwed...
For autos, the stop watch begins once you pop the beans..they will begin flowering at a predetermined time...whether the plants are 2 inches or 20 inches..
You can run them if you want, but in a window they are not getting the long light hours they need for success...and if you short change em out of the chute..there is no room for recovery...

They probably didn’t get much light on the window sill. Your yields will suffer.
