I'm nearing the finish line and a couple weeks away from harvest. I flushed the soil (ran tap water through until the drain off didn't look rust colored) about 4 days ago. The bottom, super yellow leaf was always in bad shape, but it's dry as a crunchy Fall leaf and the two leaves above that are starting to look splotchy. I don't know jack diddly about jack diddly - but I'm pretty sure "splotchy" is only ever good if you're Jackson Pollock (whom i am not...).
Upper leaves are looking bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, and yes, i know she's a bit too big for her home... I've learned a lot over the last several months - and maybe a bit too much of that has been through trial and error...
