Average duration of grow cycle

Hello guys. Its a new year. I'd had a really basic question bothering me the last few days. How long does the average grow last from seedling to vegetation, to flowering? Does anyone have any experience with Osiris? https://www.cannabis-seeds-bank.co.uk/pyramid-seeds-osiris/prod_2106.html
How long would something like this take in your opinions, 4 months? Thanks, also when Im starting out my seedlings this year I will be using miracle grow soil thats a year old, so it has no nutes left I guess. Would I have to add a little nutes to the starting soil that I am putting the seedlings in or no? Thank you guys, good luck this year.

That link doesnt give flowering periods but a typical indica/sativa cross can take between 9-12 weeks. Add to that however long you choose to veg for and you have your answer.

You could go straight to flower from seed and skip the veg period and that will get you the fastest results.

Miracle soil will still have the nutrients inside, unless of course youve used that soil for growing another plant before. If you choose to flower within a week or two you'll probably get away with just using flowering nutes once you see buds appear.

Thank you Moebius. Yes, this soil was used before. I was just hoping it would be ok, I had both flowering nutes and vegetation nutes along with transplanting solution. I was just mainly worried about when I start them out as seedlings in little cups if the soil would be good enough or does it need a small amount of miracle grow nutes. So a week or so for the seedlings, a month for veging, and somewhere around 9-12 weeks for flowering. What do you guys use to water your seedlings with? They are so fragile and I have killed some just by watering them in the past. I was thinking of using a turkey baster to water them with...

A turkey baster? .... ermmm if you want I guess. Me, I just dump a load of tap water on them, I'll use any receptacle that comes to hand, a jar, jug or whatever.

So the year old soil will be ok for the seedlings? I have a half a bag of miarcle grow soil I did use, would that still have the nutrients in it because I never watered that soil, or do the nutrients automatically release without water? I'm just worried since the seedlings are so sensitive during that stage that it may be wrong to use soil with no nutes left in it? I have the mg veging nutes I can add to the old soil if that is needed during the seedling stage. Last year I just threw them in new soil and I didn't worry about it, I am just a little worried now because the soil has been previously used. Ty

the nutrients should still be in the soil it all depends on what kinda nutrients and what MG soil you have theres a bunch of different ones just go buy another bag of good soil you will be thankful you did. Get the MG organic soil if its all you can get that other stuff may still be too hot. I dont think the nutes really go away unless it gets over 160 degrees but that could just be bacteria i dont know i would just go with a better soil if you can the MG isnt the best ive used it but i have found that other soils are much better than the MG
