We can do this. Those who can't afford and/or are unable to travel to and from the Dispensaries shouldn't have to suffer because of this. I have seen and worked first hand with patients who have made a complete turn-around from prescribed Oxys and Percs and many other prescriptions to NOTHING other than Medicinal Marijuana. Specific strains for specific patients. This is all going to be ended once our license expire.....Spread the Love

This is just the Grandfather clause stuff.. Why not fight it all?

This looks like a money grab. Those already able to produce are using the political process to eliminate competition.
Are any of the already "in the Biz" people fighting for the rest?

The petition seeks to Grandfather in 30,000. You guys need to Overgrow!

Remember money becomes the Green people fight for in the Biz not weed itself..

The bitch here is now there is a list of people to investigate and arrest. This isn't a let down this is betrayal.

I'm California but I could sign if that will help.
I have to say your Government appears corrupt on this issue.

A law suit needs to be files for those too poor to "pay" for this plant material in a store and that will screw them unless they will provide State funded weed for the very poor.

I agree, i would much rather promote a petition that fights for all and not just grandfathering. Their is a NORML meeting next week i will be attending and im imagining the topic will be brought up. At least with being grandfathered in we can still provide as caregivers for patients and can still provide for them a solid product that focuses on THEIR problem. I COMPLETELY agree with looking into a lawsuit, i was discussing that today. im making calls as we speak. Its unconstitutional what the system is doing right now.

I agree. Each individual can grow plants that help them specifically. There is no "One Marijuana."

The Bottom line is we must have the right to GROW!
