I was curious how many plants I could fit comfortably under a 1000 watt hps? I have both a 400 watter and a 1000 watter. If I run both with my A/C running in the window it flips the breaker and shuts the whole room off. (I also got 3 fans running). How does that effect the plants if the lights shut off then come back on? It can't be good! It's so frusturating, that I got fed up with it and just shut the 400 watt off. That's why I am curious on how many I can fit under a 1000 watt.

could you run your 400watt under a different breaker? running an extension cord from a different room.

Well I am in an apartment, do you think it would work to run it into another room with an extension cord. I'm not sure how all that works, electrically. I just got so much stuff in that room running. How many plants for a 1000 watt?

how big is your grow space? running a extension cord could work wit da 400w but it will get hot with the 1000w hooked up to it unless you use a heavy duty one. If you aint in flower it wont hurt if the power goes out fo a bit.
