Baby Afghan Plant Leaves shriveling/curling

This is my first time grow. Started my seedlings in pods and jiffy pots under fluoros then moved to bigger pot under 250w HID Metal Halide (with the light fixture about 13inches above tops of plant). They were doing fine then the leaves started shriveling up and curling a little. stems are strong and no sign of yellowing. soil is Sta-green all purpose potting mix with .13-0.04-0.09 i believe. (cant find the bag). sand and perlite used for drainage. could this be a heat problem? (they started under cool fluoros and then were moved under hot HID MH [with small fans blowing and extracting]). Or is it a nute issue. over/underwatering maybe? I heard Afghan is a tough strand and can withstand a lot but please help. Thanks !!PICS ATTACHED BELOW!! (sorry for the quality, iPhone+HID=shitty pics...(the sand on the soil was to smother fly eggs))

it could be a nute problem, ive bever used nutes that young, could be a heat/humidity problem, could be a genetic trait.but i would keep them under floros for a bit longer and give them no nutes for a while, also make sure your water doesnt have a high ppm to start.
