def no good on young plants, killed mine, dont think its good, dont know ne 1 who uses that.plenty of other nutes out there.

grow shops or net but you can use tomato food for veg and something with a high p content for flower, im trying bonemeal and a little rose food,will put a site for you to look at in a min when i remember what its called .

Baz go here dude...GroWell > Hydroponics, Grow Lights, Grow Rooms & Plant Lighting they are in UK not over expensive safe secure, good lads, quick postage or you can pick up.
I know a guy who uses Baby bio and glucose, works for him but there are much better nutes, go to the website i sent ya.
