baby leafs problem

3 week old plant..outdoor, without adding nutrients (only from potting soil)
this yellow sh*t on leaves appeared yesterday.
some1 diagnose pls.

It looks like that pot is next to some kind of wall, if it is, you should move it because when it rains salts from the roof there will make there way via rain water into your medium, that could be part of the yellowing, but it doesn't look like that's what's causing it... Are you overwatering? Only water your plant when the container feels light or if the soil pulls away from the container, don't allow the soil to become saturated. Also, it's probably ok to give her some 1/4 strength fertilizer, she's old enough now. Good luck man.
