Hey guys I planted my seeds about a week and a half ago and my babies are looking like they might be two different types. I used some random MJ seeds I had put in a box a while back. The first one is about 2 In. tall with long thin leaves the second one is about 1 in and has short broad leaves. I know both are MJ plants they have the color and texture so that's not a concern. So is it to early to tell if there different types or are they? If so what are they? I'll try to get some pictures up tomorrow if I remember:eyesmoke:

Can't say strain for sure, but it sound like you got a sativa/sativa dominant (skinny leaves) and a indica/indica dominant (broad leaves).

If I do could I try to do a cross breed if one is a male? Or that would just be a waste of time(I don't want seedy weed for nothing)? I usually just destroy all the males at first sight but if I could make a hybrid and save all those seeds that would be pretty nice. Don't know if its possible though never bread just grew. Is it?

Certainly is possible if you get a male and a female and a good idea if you need seeds for grows to come and you don't wanna hassle with the seed banks.

you just brush some pollen on the nugs from whatever branch you want.

tie on a little ribbon or something on the branch though so you don't forget which branch you pollinated.

I've never done this how do you extract and place the pollen. Just break open the sac and rub it on a bud?
