If they are too stretched and have weak stems try providing more light, or getting them closer to the light. Also, throw an oscillating fan in there. That will simulate wind and the stems will strengthen up.
I dont do soil, but watering every day seems to me like a lot of watering. From what I understand, on average, people water them about every 3-5 days. I am sure those time frames depend on several other things like pot size, etc.
The plant that is inside...is it under a grow light? It sounds like you are doing a mix so I am curious as to why you are doing it that way.
I heard of using diluted urine for N, but people tend to shit on that idea. I have to tell on myself on this one, but years ago I made a horrible attempt at growing a couple plants. They started looking like crap so I tried this diluted urine method. I have to say that I saw very good results from it. Would I do it today? Nope. I have developed a phobia of pissing in a cup.
I dont know about nutrient ratios for soil in corn fields, nor horse shit. One thing I can say, though, is that pulling soil from outside for an inside plant is probably not the best idea. By the way you describe your grow it sounds like you have a budget of about $0. If that is not the case then I would put a little money into your project if you want to see some good results.
