Damn the girls got hail for the first time this season! it was hailing skittles last night they was so big!!! i was trippn but i think they will be ok. it only lasted like 15 minutes.
What's up Medi-so after talking to my n-laws and wife, we are going to wait the 30days to find out if we will be able to get the referendum, if the ordinance goes in full force by the end of june then we will be pulling 12 of these girls and keeping 6 of the largest ones because as the ordinance states .5 acre to 1.5 can grow 6 plants.... so we will be keeping the 6 biggest and baddest girls and hopefully we grow them as big and badass as possible to make us all happy people...
What's up Medi-
Is this a county or state ordinance your talking about, if county which one? Hope all goes well....

Bummer about your county laws, I just read your thread about the meetings/laws that were passed in your county.so after talking to my n-laws and wife, we are going to wait the 30days to find out if we will be able to get the referendum, if the ordinance goes in full force by the end of june then we will be pulling 12 of these girls and keeping 6 of the largest ones because as the ordinance states .5 acre to 1.5 can grow 6 plants.... so we will be keeping the 6 biggest and baddest girls and hopefully we grow them as big and badass as possible to make us all happy people...

I don't understand how the state law can say in its language that a county has a right to allow more plants, but cannot lessen the amount allowed under state law. I cut and pasted this from CANORML web site.
Counties and cities are authorized to establish higher (but not lower) limits if they wish (H&SC 11362.77(c)). Listed above are those localities that have adopted limits above the state limit.
Patients who need more marijuana can be exempted from these limits if they obtain a physician's statement specifying that they need more (H&SC
11362.77(b)). While police are often reluctant to recognize such exemptions, they are helpful in court.
Sounds to me that taking away the rights of patients to grow their 6 plants on less then .5 acres is lessening the amount, and in your case if everybody has a prescription all should be good with 18 plants (state law). This shit pisses me off and I live hours from Butte county. I live in a VERY conservative county, and I can see something like this happening here. Tons of red-necks here, they don't take to kindly to us "dope smoking hippies" here. And to think that some of us might be compensated for our time and effort for this....the local red-neck will go nuts.
Sorry about you problems with your county, hope the best for you and yours.

TMB its Butte county Medi opened a thread about it sad. I hope they dont do that here. If they do I will just grow six monsters. Keepem green dirrtyd
lol fuck if i care about the language it pisses me off too!!! me and every medical patient that lives in this county. i am going to the county elections office tomorrow to become a registar so that i can help collect peoples signatures for the petition! i hope we will get the 10,000 signatures so that we can get the referendum and get this ordinance put on a voters balletIf I lived on .49 of an acre (big chunk of land), and they told me I couldn't grow my medicine (6 plants, hell even 1 plant), I would be HELLA PISSED.
I feel for you bro, the more I think about it, the more it pisses me off! I need to go labor hard now, and work out these frustrations. I would fucken hate if somebody told me I can't do something on my OWN PROPERTY and the rest of the state can on their property. WTF is that?
Your a better man then me Medi, I need to be careful to post what I'm really thinking here.
Sorry about the bad language on your thread, but damn I'm pissed!
Off to wack them weeds...

So I pulled the 2 querkle plants. They just not pull thru whatever was fuckn em up. So I plan to get a couple green crack teens to put in the boxes.
If you want to drive to Grass Valley, I'll give ya couple Romulan teens.
Stuff pisses me off over there too man, that's totally against the floor amounts that ALL counties are supposed to allow. They are supposed to be allowed to raise it, but not lower it. I know it sucks goin' through it if they get ya, but I'll be damned if I wouldn't grow what the state says I can. If they come in on ya, they might take your stuff, but they're not gonna file charges....
