you got some pics? you saying the coco is damp all over makes me think your over watering cause that will make them droop cause no air is getting to the roots. also how old/big are the plants? seedlings don't eat or drink too much. but it could be other problems too without a picture its kinda hard but from what you said it sounds like their over watered.

Yo man! Im in canna coco also and had a nightmare with it at first! Your supposed to feed EVERY time in coco because its an inert medium which means it dosnt hold any nutes like soil, it just gets what ur feeding that day...always feed until you have around 30% run off to reduce salt build ups. Flush every 7th feeding. Nothing insane just normal 30% run off again. How old are they? And how much A&B are u giving them?? Get some superthrive its very helpful in veg but dont use it in flower because it slows down the process!

Also last but not least CHECK YOUR PH....what is ur PH at the min? It needs to be 5.8 bang on every time in coco...or at least around that mark. If its below or higher than this u can easily lock out vital nutes like i experienced in the past...we need more info to help u out fully brother. Get some pics up and more info...
