backyard grow smell

got couple autos going i am worried about the smell ave got a ten ft tall wall and at the other side they got repair shop shoud i be worried ? When the wind blows I am getting paranoid lol .

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I grew autos on my balcony for several years. I would only smell them occasionally in the evening when the breeze would blow through my open door and I was about 10 feet away from them. They can put out smell, but in your case, with the repair shop and the wall . . . it shouldn't be a problem.

Dude, I have worked in shops and dealerships for years, and let me tell you, after being around fumes and shit all day, it probably won't be strong enough for them to even notice, unless they were standing right on the other side of the fence with a very light breeze blowing right at them.

If your really worried get a few bags of fresh cow manure. Dump out the bags and mix it up daily. Or spread it in your flower beds. You can get it cheap at any farm. You want fresh not composted. Buy some extra and give the guy next door some. Just use the I bought to much excuse. Even if the people next door don't garden still offer them some. This way they all know what the manure smell is and not wonder about it. Then when I am drying in my garage. I will leave some in my trailor parked right in front of my garage door. That trailor and fresh manure out by the street in the flower beds mask my grow smell really good.

Not sure how bad yur grow smells. But large backyard surburban grows like mine I need to do something. And the manure is what I came up with. IMO is stops anyone from smelling it as they walk buy.

It is a good idea but be careful not to put it right near your plants as it may be too "hot" until it has composted a bit. You can also mulch around the yard with cedar chips.

Eww, manure. I've grown big ass plants and they don't smell much at all if it's windy, the flower and veggie smells all mix together forming a nice garden smell that I don't even recognize as weed.
