BAD Trippin..somebody comfort me plz(PIX)

I just got a bunch of more CFLs and HPS and I was all excited installing them on my setup..suddenly one of the fixture fell on my biggest healthiest female plant!!(the one on way~left) two parts broke off the stem...i was panicking and quickly got some root hormones..dipped the two branches and put em in a cup with a lil bit of water..will this cloning work? do i keep misting them? i cut the bottom again at 45degree and followed up with the info on growfaq.

and will my abused baby girl be alright?will she recover?! wut a bad trip..jus took a nice ass gravity hit too..waste of weed..im all sober now...any suggestions plzzzzzzz

Damn sorry about the accident. Weed is amazing it springs back.

About the clones. Just go back to FAQ and procede as if you were taking clones like you planned it. Everything should be okay. Check out some of the personal cloning methods there. They give step by step instructions.

thnx for the suggestion. new idea came up to my mind..should i just make this girl into a mother plant and make clones with the rest of her?..and how many can i chop off at a time?

theres no damage to light. this is my first grow and definitely my first cloning attempt. ive read the growfaq but i still have some questions. the two clones are in water and root hormone in a cup covered with tape on the bottom to prevent light. do i leave this under CFLs? or in complete darkness? i would think theyd be better off under light with the roots covered..but i dont kno. help plz~

sorry to hear about your plants....but unless im mistaken if your plant is in flower you cant clone it or it is extra hard to...but like i said i might be wrong...

you should do that to the rest of your plants so they will all be the same size. take the bulb out this time so it wont break.

i dipped them in root hormone, put em in plastic cups with good soil and perlite mix, misted soil, planted the clones, in a box with plastic cover with air holes. under a CFL about 15" from the clones.

The plants were under Floros and CFLs and I started 12/12 about 2 weeks ago, but NO signs of flowering. I just bought 4 HPS lights today, hopefully these new lights will promote better flowering process. Since I didn't see any signs of flowering yet, wouldn't the clones survive?:-|
Also, do I leave the lights on 24/7 for the clones?

last question..it IS possible to flower with just floro tubes and CFLs rite?
cauz im returning my HPS to get bigger and higher wattage ones, so these plants would be in flowering process for about 3 weeks + with only floros and cfls.

yeh its possible people do it all the time. Obviously the hps would be alot better. How many cfls do you have? watts? how many floros?

Also its never to late to clone, taking them in veg is the best way to go and your chances of rooting them will be alot higher, but people still get rooted clones when their plants are in flowering. Its not good however, because it stresses the plant, and causes a decrease in yeild. So taking it in veg is the best way, but yours should be fine, just remeber they dont have roots yet so they will be needing the high humidity to absorb water. Keep the soil moist, but not wet. Good luck buddy : )

Like mogie said, turn a bad trip, into a couple more good trips : )

thnx for the positive feeds. i have 4tubes of floros, 6CFLs, 1 smaller floro tube for side lighting. does anybody kno a reliable site to order a decent set of HPS system? local stores are tryin to rip me off and they dont have too many choices and nobody has em in stock..so might as well order them myself online. thnx again people~

Ebay has some pretty nice light systems. Also is that tin foil your using as a reflector for that flouro? If so I would take it off, its all crinkly and everything, going to give your plants hotspots. Not a good reflective material : ) white walls should do fine

jus ripped off all tin foil :)
im gonna have em in floro+CFL for another week and then move them outdoors after i move to my new secluded crib. not time to flower yet in so. cal so im gonna need a timer i guess. sunlight > HPS or all that expensive crap right?
