Bad weather and preflowering clones NEED HELP...

Wassup RIU. Glad to have you guys help me out. I appreciated the help from all members. First off I'm from northern california bud central. A little background with whats going on: my baby clones (outdoor growing) not even 6 inch tall have started to show sign of preflower with little pistil hair due to the weird whether we have been having such as cloudy days and raining which have cause me to lose lots of sunlight that they should be getting. I have been moving them indoor with a regular floruscent light during cloudy and raining days as well as extending the light hrs. My question is that is there anything I can do to help them veg longer because I want them to grow bigger so I can have a bigger harvest. I was thinking about switching them to 24/7 light with the floruscent light but is that good/bad or adding a higher nitrogen nute? Very stress... Thanks for the suggestion

If you want your plant to bud early outside you will need to take it out of light for about 3 days and then while the sun is out you need to make sure she stays in the dark for half the day every day until she is done budding. If you have problems with keeping her vegged I would buy a few cfls until the weather gets back good.

just put them to vegg under CFL's when there is not sun and put them out side when there is....for instance i have my clones in my vegg box until about 2:30 then sun hits my balcony hard till about 7 when i bring them back in and put them under lights they love it i also do it with my plant thats in flower except when i bring it in it gets about 3 more hours of cfl light then goes to bed............dont mess with the nuts to much you may end up shocking the plant.

so basically either bring them in and under cfls, or outside with cfls.
what about for outside flowering from veg?

yeah we have a shitty weather this year i swear i hardly seen any summer days.

Thank guys really helped me out a lot... O yea well a CLF T12 light bulbs (3300 lemen) be enough to keep 6 clones in veg or should I get something bigger?
