Your fan leaves yellowing is a sign she's hungry. Keep feeding her veg nutes for the first two weeks of flower, at the end of which your 12 inch plant should be 24+ inches.

I've made most of the noobie mistakes you can make. The learning curve is a long one. If you're doing it right the learning NEVER ENDS! 11" tall plants 3 days flowering? Are these autoflower seeds or bag seed as the thread says? The hardest lessons for me to learn ARE 2. 1) Alotta the time LESS IS MORE re: watering and nutes and also LIGHT.........and #2........Patience. Patience. Patience. You ask HUGE questions. How are you doing? Fine I hope. I'm doing well myself.....thanks for asking? Now I need to ask a few questions....not the 40 that come immediately to mind. What is your light schedule? What is your soil made up of? How big are the pots? Were are you getting your water? What is the pH of the run off? How many times an hour does your exhaust fan change the air in your grow area? Whatta you wanna be when you graduate? OK, that last question wasn't totally serious....but the others were!! How many times a week do you go to the hydro store? In my opinion the best answer to that last one is NEVER!!

If she's hungry; give her more.
Pablito makes a good point in erring on the side of caution. ie. make changes gradually.

On a more general point, try to tune in to your plants rather than listen to what's on your nute bottle.
She's telling you she's hungry with her fading leafs...the people who made your nutes have never seen your plant...if you see what I'm driving at ;)
