as you can see these plants have had problems with nutes in the past, but the main problem is they all have like 4-6 nodes and they are only a few inches tall. I figured it was because i had the lights too close (cfls were 3-4 inches away) so i moved them like 6-8 inches away *I haven't measured sry*

Hopefully this will fix my problem but just wondering what you guys think.

Hey bro, looks like the nutrient probs have shocked it. She should be fine just slow to start back up. Try not to over water and maybe only go half nute solution for awhile. What type of soil r u using?

That soil looks like shit...it doesn't have anything in the way of drainage/aeration(PERLITE!!)...its all packed down in and you probably fucked the PH up of the soil by overnuting it. GOOD soil doesn't need nutrients for several weeks...all it needs is perlite added in it to help keep the roots from being suffocated, and watered ONLY when dry...If your soil doesn't dry out in a couple days and is staying moist down towards the bottom its not letting the root system grow and search out for water and causing them to rot...

Personally in the situation you are in right now, I'd pop those plants out of the pots they are in now and throw the pots away...get new plastic pots and mix up a new batch of soil+perlite, let the old soil fall off the outside of the "rootball" and replant it gently into the new pots with the new soil+perlite and give it a watering of about a cup of water and see how much comes out the bottom of the pot...you shouldn't have it running out like no tomorrow, but you should see a little bit making its way out :)
