if its mature yes, if you switch to 12/12 before its mature it will force itself to do so so it can start flowering so it delays it, but if you wait till its mature and shown preflowers and/or alternating nodes and then put into the flowering cycle it will switch quite fast since its all ready to flower, its just waiting for the signal to switch.

not bad, how often are you watering?
I water it 2 times a week. I pour a 24 fl oz. bottle of water each time i water. Should i be watering more?! I just checked the ph and water level of it after the transplant the other night. Ph is staying jus below 8 and it is reading 5 for the water which is moist. But the leaves r still kinda droopy looking. There is also a couple of leaves that have a few little brown spots on them. Should i be worried about this?!

you should let your soil dry out well in between waterings, that moisture meter might not be the most accurate, I'd go by the weight of the pot when you lift it to tell when to water if it seems like the meter is off.

I was wondering the leaves on it have kinda shrunk up. They used to be wide leaves and they r starting to thin up. Is there any reason for concern?!?!?
