get it i saw a 22 or 24 inch 1080p hdtv at walmart for 209 it looked pretty good

I can get an added discount to have it around $210 with this coupon I got from Sony Style.

There is no point is buying a 1080p tv at that size. It's a "get you to buy" feature. 1080p won't be discernible by the human eye until you step up to IIRC 50". 720p will be totally fine.
