Just wondering if I can use baking soda to ph my water instead of using ph up

Used it before and did no harm. It’s a antifungal, can be beneficial but wouldn’t use all the time, you need quite a bit to raise it didn’t like the cloudy looking feed after added, only used it once as a emergency,
I’d buy ph up and down it’s cheap enough.
You can as a one-off from time to time, but over extended use, the Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) can build up as salts in your medium, which can throw things out of whack.
