Balcony growing

Giving my UK windowsill grow a little balcony treat today to get extra sun. Using large plastic bottles with top and bottom chopped off to shield from breeze.

Any thoughts on weather tey will get too hot still? Or will breeze be ok?

Breeze should be fine, temp is more important. As long as they have already acclimated to the natural light you should be ok-
 
Sweet, leaves did start curling after i put plastic bottle over without top chopped off but that was indoors windowsill so wont be doin that again.

Ones looking more promising than the other
 
Great job mimicking the plants natural plastic wind barriers that grow in the wild with the plastic bottles
 
Ah yes lol.

Ok its a bit more than a waft today but may take the barriers off to see how they do
