Looks like a hermi to me. But what do I know, I'm a weed killer.
Oh and do NOT kill it! The seeds from it will be mostly female. At least that's what I read.

I see pistils at the crown, but that group of nodules staring at us is almost certainly a cluster of young male flowers. I'd say you have a thoroughgoing hermie there. cn
