Balls or female preflowers?

I was looking at plant today and i notice that its growing alot of little balls. they look like pears. everyone says there seed but im looking at the little pear shaped objects on other parts of the plant that have matured and they end up turning into flowers or pistils tend to come out of them. are these seeds or just female preflowerrs that look like seed. the last pic is wut the ball turn into later.

Looks just like mine did. It was a hermie. I tried to fight it but you cant win. Now I have seeds everywhere. If you have it with other plants it will pollenate them too.
