it's my first grow and i got two plants going. in a few hours it'll be 14 days of flowering. one plant showed her self more than a week ago.

the other has ball(s) on half of the lower part, so like 1/4 of the plant. this plant has alternating nodes(unlike the other) so theres ball(s) then a 1/2 inch above that theres small calyxes with pistils, also at the tops(colas?) theres what look like pistils.

it took me forever to get viewable pics of the female, so i pulled the 'balls' off of what i think is a hermaphrodite. then took pics of it's balls..
not much info
(the balls did not come from the plant in the first 2pics)
just want some conformation, if possible.

Basically, if you see balls low and flowers high straight from seed, you have a problem. You probably don't want to use the second plant at all, you risk pollinating your flowers if you don't get every last sac.

Ya chop it down since you don't have any serious budding time invested yet. It WILL seed the shit out of anything else you got growing in there.

Intersex? I guess thats one word, but more commonly called a hermaphrodite, or hermie.

they vegged for a month.

you know how long before it'll release it's pollen? it began to look hermi 3-4 days ago. i'm still in disbelief, out of stubbornness..

the plant in question, was topped.
where one became two, or three to four, there was what looked like calyxes that died early on.
they were teardrop shaped and almost a half inch long.
maybe an early sign?

sorta thought they coulda been branches that died.

Straight from seed as opposed to using clones - sorry about the confusion. If you have those things happening on a clone, its a stress hermie.
To be honest, I've never let sacs get to opening up, so I don't know how long it takes.

Also, it would be a wise idea to trash any clones you took from that plant, because they'll likely herm-out on ya too.lol

i'll try clones, the next time around.
i don't know much about a mother plant.
(whether or not it can go back to veg after flower?)
cause the lady plant is badass. since one plant will now get 400+ watts, as opposed to two plants splitting that #, wonder if my yield will be slightly similar having one plant.
